Position 01 : Drilling Engineer - 8 -12 Years of Exp

Position 02 : Assistant Drilling - 05- 8 Years of Exp

Educational Qualifciation : Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering

Expereince - 8 -12 Years in Drilling

Desireable : Valid IADC / IWCF Certifcation if any

As a Drilling engineer, should have knowledge on well engineering, well planning and supervise the operations while drilling onshore oil and gas wells. Need to be involved in close interaction with G&G from initial well design, drilling, testing and completion. You should be preparing AFE for management approval.

You will have close association with other professionals, such as geologists, geophysicists, and reservoir engineers to monitor the drilling progress, testing and completion by adhering to HSE procedures and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• prepare well data sheets in discussion with the team.
• select well-head and casing policy.
• Prepare drilling programmes.
• Well engineering by obtain the relevant data.
• Submit drilling plan for technical and management approval.
• Daily progress of well operations and tracking of daily costs.
• Comparing actual costs with AFE and suggest for cost-effective changes.
• Co-ordinate with contractors and suppliers for mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Due compliance of HSE standards
• Participate to conceptual field development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
• Strong knowledge of well integrity, completions, downhole tools, and intervention techniques.
• Proven track record of managing contractors and workover crews effectively.
