Draughtsman Mechanical

As a Junior Draughtsman - Mechanical at our Umargam location, your main responsibility will be to assist in creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and designs using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, etc. You will work closely with senior engineers and designers to ensure accurate representations of designs and layouts for various projects in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industries. Your duties will include maintaining and updating drawings, blueprints, and records to reflect project requirements accurately, providing drafting support throughout different project stages, and meeting all deadlines. You will also be expected to edit technical draughts based on feedback from project engineers and architects. To qualify for this position, you should have a BE Civil/ ITI in Draughtsman Mechanical/ Diploma from a recognized institute and possess 2 to 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing/ Construction Industry. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is required, along with a basic understanding of engineering principles and design standards. Being proactive, willing to learn new drafting techniques, and having strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, Managers, and Engineers are essential for success in this role.
