Job Description

Position: Draftsman Solar Power Plant Design

Location: Noida

Department: Engineering / Design

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman to prepare and manage design drawings for ground-mounted solar power projects. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and a basic understanding of solar PV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings PV layouts, SLDs, civil and electrical details.

Create array layouts, cable routing, earthing, and foundation drawings.

Coordinate with design and project teams for accurate and timely drawings.

Maintain drawing revisions and as-built documentation.

Support in BOQ preparation and material estimation.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Draftsmanship.

2 - 5 years experience in solar or electrical EPC design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of solar PV design preferred.

Detail-oriented with good coordination and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in ground-mounted solar projects.

Familiarity with PVSyst, PV*SOL, Helioscope, or Civil 3D.
