DRAFTSMAN MECHENICAL CIVIL

As a Business Development Head, you will play a strategic role in new business development and brand building strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential market segments, generating revenue through new account development, and managing key accounts effectively. You will also lead a team of 8-10 people and ensure sales targets are met. In your operational role, you will define marketing processes, develop business proposals, and monitor market intelligence within the industry. Conducting meetings with key clients, providing necessary training to the sales team, and evaluating their performance will be crucial aspects of your role. On an organizational level, you will enhance organizational effectiveness by setting up appropriate marketing strategies and ensuring consistent follow-through to achieve organizational goals. You will be responsible for generating new business relationships, negotiating revenue targets, and maintaining up-to-date sales contracts while upholding company policies. Additionally, you will lead enterprise-level sales opportunities, coordinate project teams for high-value accounts, and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the sales process. Developing effective client relationships, contributing to the personal development of team members, refining the sales process, and representing the company at industry events will be key responsibilities. Moreover, you will maintain technical knowledge regarding the company's offerings, deliver training to business development and account management teams, lead sales meetings, and ensure fair distribution of inbound leads. Collaboration with the marketing team to identify event opportunities and assisting in the preparation of sales reports will also be part of your role.,
