About the Role

Organic 121 Scientific Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in highway and road design drafting. The candidate will work closely with design engineers and technical teams to prepare high-quality drawings, plans, and documentation for highway/road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, profiles, cross-sections, and road alignment drawings as per project requirements.
• Develop drawings for highways, rural/urban roads, junctions, drainage layouts, culverts, and related structures.
• Convert engineering inputs into accurate CAD drawings following industry standards.
• Assist engineers in preparing design reports, BOQs, and quantity calculations.
• Ensure drawings comply with IRC, MoRTH, NHAI, and project-specific guidelines.
• Maintain proper versioning, documentation, and drawing records.
• Coordinate with engineers, survey teams, and project managers for timely updates and revisions.
• Review and modify drawings based on engineer comments and project feedback.
• Ensure high accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Draftsman in Highways/Roads domain.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential).
• Experience in Civil 3D / MX Road is an added advantage.
• Understanding of road design elements, levels, dimensions, and engineering symbols.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
