📍 Location: PCMC , Pune
🕒 Experience: 3–7 Years (Distillery / Process Plant Drafting)

🔍 Role Overview:
Prepare site layouts and sectional drawings for distillery projects — covering distillation, evaporation, dryer, fermentation, and utility areas. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver precise, industry-standard designs.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Create site layouts & detailed sectional drawings for distillery units
Draft equipment layouts (heat exchangers, columns, reactors, tanks, piping)
Interpret P&IDs and convert into GA drawings
Ensure compliance with safety & industry standards
✅ Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Drafting or CAD
4+ years drafting in distillery/process industries
Proficiency in AutoCAD & equipment layout drafting
Strong understanding of distillery processes preferred
