Draftsman cum 3D visualizer

As a Draftsman/3D Visualizer for office interiors, your role will involve preparing detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software. You will be responsible for creating accurate 3D visualizations and renderings to support design presentations. Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and project managers is essential to develop design concepts and ensure feasibility. Additionally, you will need to modify and update drawings based on client feedback, apply knowledge of materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes, and assist in space planning for optimal workflow. Ensuring designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications, as well as maintaining a well-organized project documentation system, are key aspects of this role.
