Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HVAC drafting team
• Perform

  high-level review of HVAC shop drawings

  (QA/QC focus)
• Ensure drawings comply with:
• Contract drawings & specifications
• Internal drafting standards and checklists
• Identify errors, coordination issues, and constructability gaps
• Provide clear technical feedback and corrective direction
• Maintain and continuously improve drafting quality processes
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM, and US-based project teams

Who We’re Looking For

• 20+ years of experience

  in HVAC drafting & shop drawings
• Proven experience as a

  Drafting Manager / Drafting Head / Lead Drafter

• Strong background reviewing and approving drawings prepared by others
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VRF, chilled water, ducting, etc.)
• Extensive exposure to large commercial / institutional projects
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is a plus)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and quality-focused mindset
