Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong service delivery background and excellent interpersonal skills. ### Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio/AI Foundry. Explore new features in Power Platform, such as Copilot Studio, copilot Agents, and define solution approaches. Define and develop proof of concepts with the latest features in Power Platform, including Copilot Echo System. Develop APIs using REST protocol and design power platform-based solutions using Dataverse and Copilot Studio. Collaborate with business analysts/consultants and other teams to create strong solutions. Create unit test cases based on user scenarios and train/build a team of technical developers. ### Job Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with a strong service delivery background. Experience in designing and developing business applications using web technologies and Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture, including cloud solutions, and version control systems like Github and Azure repo. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style, with the ability to analyze and suggest solutions. Excellent verbal and written English language skills, with an understanding of design methods, tools, major phases, checkpoints, and deliverables in the application and software development lifecycle. Good understanding of architecture patterns in application development. Experience on ASP.net, Angular JS, React, TypeScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, JSON, XML. Exposure to conversational intelligence bot development using Copilot. Experience in developing Copilot Agents. In-depth understanding and experience of database technologies like SQL Server and Cosmos DB. Expertise in creating solution design documentation. Ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders. Desired knowledge on any of the cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS.
