As an experienced Coupa Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for the Coupa Procurement Platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting, system configuration, vendor coordination, and ensuring end-to-end operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Coupa users, resolving incidents and service requests. - Administer and maintain Coupa configurations including approval workflows, user roles, and permissions. - Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to resolve integration or data flow issues between Coupa and NetSuite. - Manage and support Coupa P2P operations requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, supplier enablement, and catalogs. - Coordinate with Coupa Support for escalation and resolution of platform issues. - Create and maintain support documentation, process flows, and configuration logs. - Participate in system upgrades, new feature deployment, and regression testing. - Identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Coupa applications (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, or Sourcing). - Proven experience in issue resolution, system administration, and configuration management. - Exposure to ERP integrations, preferably CoupaNetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. - Experience in supplier enablement, catalog management, and approval hierarchy setup. - Ability to interpret logs and resolve integration or transaction sync errors. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
