Job Description

As an Incident Manager, you will play a vital role in managing end-to-end incident resolution against SLAs and ensuring timely problem resolution with root cause analysis. Your responsibilities will include effective management of Major Incidents, providing 24/7 support for critical issues, and following alternative escalation procedures to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end incident resolution against SLAs - Ensure timely problem resolution with root cause analysis - Effectively manage Major Incidents - Provide 24/7 support for critical issues - Align AMS SLAs with client-defined performance metrics - Identify and implement automation and cost-efficiency opportunities - Deliver on the continuous improvement roadmap - Recommend service improvements to enhance overall performance - Support .Net applications and E-commerce application integration into SAP - Manage integrations with SAP, Document Management Systems, and other third-party systems - Deliver service and change through tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps - Proactively monitor and take associated action to maintain system hygiene and performance Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in incident management or a related field - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management best practices - Knowledge of .Net applications, E-commerce application integration, and SAP - Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps tools - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Certification in ITIL or related field is a plus (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
