Undergraduate degree in technology, mathematics or engineering Self-starter and ability to work collaboratively in a highly autonomous squad team environment delivering value wins Ability to take initiative and apply creativity in solving technical challenges Extensive experience in .Net, CI/CD, Frontend exp (nice to have) C#, .Net 6, .Net Core or .Net Framework, REST APIs, JSON,XML, and XSD In-depth experience with SQL Server and multi-tier applications Excellent oral and written communication skills Mastery in source control (Bitbucket/GitHub, pre/post-receive hooks, branching strategies, pull requests, peer review) Solid agile concepts, Scrum, Kanban, baby steps, MVP (Minimum Viable product) Ability to write unit tests, integration tests with different frameworks. Solid understanding of BDD (Behaviour Driven development) TDD (Test Driven development) Strong debugging skills to troubleshoot issues related to application logic, data flow and multi-threaded processes Nice to have: Atleast 3 years Hands on Development experience in C# .Net, SSRS, SSIS, Powershell, Python. Ability to understand complex queries in SQL, and to write new queries, functions and procedures. Infrastructure management would be added advantage Working knowledge of Elastic Search functionality is desirable. Experience with containers, Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes, Helm Experience in one or more scripting languages Javascript, Powershell, Bash, Ruby, etc Web based UI framework experience ASP.Net MVC, Angular, React etc Experience with production deployments, server maintenance activities and working on applications in a High Availability (99.999% uptime) environment Good understanding and experience of DevOps and CI/CD best practices Experience with Git, GitHub and the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Bamboo) Message Queue and Event Broker experience Solace, WebSphere, Rabbit MQ, etc Service oriented architecture (SOA), Event driven architecture Serverless API Mesh Cloud computing concepts, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS (GCP preferable) Event lifecycle management (Observability and application) from inception to storage and analysis/alerting (Dynatrace and Splunk)
