Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Lead / Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing enterprise-level solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring technical excellence across projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in .NET technologies, strong architectural decision-making skills, and the ability to guide stakeholders in aligning business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.

Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and project teams.

Evaluate and recommend best practices, frameworks, and tools to optimize development.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance tuning, scalability, and security practices.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of applications from architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred) and microservices-based designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in solution architecture / technical leadership.

Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework.

Strong experience in Microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure mandatory, AWS/GCP nice to have).

Strong knowledge of SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and data modeling.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

Excellent understanding of design patterns, best practices, and enterprise architecture principles.

Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor teams and lead large-scale projects.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
