Job Description

- .NET Developer
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Web Application Development:
- Design, develop, implement, and test
  scalable web applications
  using
  .NET Framework (2.0, 3.5, 4.2)
  .
- Work independently on
  enhancements, new projects, and bug fixes
  .
- Develop and optimize
  web services & APIs
  (XML/JSON-based).
- Ensure code quality and performance optimization following best practices.
- Database Development & Optimization:
- Develop and optimize
  Oracle SQL queries & stored procedures
  for performance.
- Work on
  SQL Server
  database development and integration.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Understand
  Software Unit & Integration Testing methodologies
  and implement automated/unit tests where necessary.
- Debug and troubleshoot
  production issues
  and provide effective solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as
  Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  in
  .NET application development
  and mentor junior developers.
- Work closely with
  clients and stakeholders
  to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Document technical specifications and ensure smooth
  code versioning & deployment
  .
- Required Skills & Experience:
  
  Technical Expertise:
- 5-6 years of experience
  in
  .NET development
  using
  C# & VB.Net
  .
- Experience with
  Oracle SQL programming
  (writing & optimizing stored procedures).
- Strong expertise in
  Web API / Web Services
  (XML/JSON).
- Proficiency in
  jQuery / JavaScript
  for front-end interactions.
- Experience in full SDLC methodologies
  including Agile.
- Experience in SCM (Software Configuration Management)
  tools like Git, TFS, or similar.
- Soft Skills:
- Good verbal & written communication skills
  .
- Strong
  problem-solving & analytical skills
  .
- Self-starter with
  effective team collaboration skills
  .
- Ability to
  learn new technologies
  quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with
  VB6.0
  is a
  plus
  .
- Knowledge of modern .NET frameworks
  (e.g., .NET Core) is an advantage.
- Exposure to
  cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
  is a plus.
