Dotnet Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade applications using
.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to standards.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
Drive initiatives for application performance tuning, scalability, and security.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and introduce relevant tools/frameworks to improve development processes.
Support deployment, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

10+ years
of hands-on experience in
.NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
.
Expertise in
SQL Server (queries, procedures, triggers, performance optimization)
.
Strong knowledge of
Entity Framework, LINQ, and design patterns
.
Experience in
JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
for front-end integration.
Strong understanding of
SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to
Azure/AWS cloud services
.
Familiarity with
modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React)
.
Experience with
microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
