Dot Net Lead

As a Dot Net Lead based in Trivandrum in an onsite job mode with work timings from 3PM to 12PM, you are expected to have a minimum of 7+ years of experience. Your mandatory skills should include expertise in .NET, Angular, AWS, and leadership experience. In terms of technical expertise, you must possess over 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles. You should have advanced proficiency in C#/.NET, TypeScript, and RESTful API development. Additionally, you should be well-versed in SQL and NoSQL databases, SDLC, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Experience in microservices, event-driven architecture design, and 12-Factor App methodology is crucial. Deep expertise in AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and EventBridge is required. Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is also expected. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including container security, is essential. Your leadership and communication skills are equally important. You should have experience in team leadership with inclusive management practices and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and business stakeholders. Preferred qualifications for this role include multi-cloud experience with Azure and Google Cloud, knowledge of advanced architectural patterns like DDD and Event Sourcing, and familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
