Dot Net Lead

You are seeking a Lead .NET Software Developer with 8-15 years of experience in software development and team leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable .NET-based solutions, guiding developers, and ensuring technical excellence across projects. Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) or Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS) would be advantageous. As the Lead Developer, your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions, architecting, designing, and developing robust applications using .NET technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and promoting best practices. Additionally, you will be expected to plan and manage development timelines, integrate systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product performance. The ideal candidate should possess 8-15 years of development experience with expertise in .NET technologies including Angular, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. A deep understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, relational databases, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is required. Familiarity with version control tools, CI/CD pipelines, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React is also necessary. Prior experience in ITS/ITMS or related domains would be highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving abilities, project management skills, excellent communication, and leadership qualities are essential for this role.
