Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective. Required Skills Proven experience of 16 years in .NET development. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Certifications in .NET development or related technologies.
