Dot Net Developer - Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using the Microsoft .NET stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other developers in an Agile environment
• Write and maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend services
• Support existing systems, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development using .NET
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web API, and Entity Framework/Core
• Experience with caching tools (e.g., Redis, Memcached)
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with unit testing and TDD (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Moq)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Good understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
