Dot Net Developer

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS -

Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong experience in the .NET stack (Core/Framework).

• Experience with one or more frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.

• Proficiency in integrating with SQL and/or NoSQL databases; strong query and data modeling skills.

• Good understanding of object-oriented design, software design patterns, and development best practices.

• Experience building REST APIs, web services, or microservices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, source control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing frameworks. •

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate and work in a team setting.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technology environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using .NET (Core/Framework) and frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.

• Code Quality: Write well-structured, maintainable, and testable code by following coding standards and best practices.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, QA engineers, business analysts, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.

• Database Integration: Design and optimize queries, and interact with both relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.) databases.

• Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize applications for performance and scalability; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.

• Security & Compliance: Implement secure coding practices and support adherence to relevant compliance, security, and data protection standards.

• Agile Participation: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), estimate tasks, and deliver on time.

• DevOps & Automation: Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes to enhance delivery speed and reliability.

• Continuous Growth: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends relevant to .NET and software development.

• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for code, configuration, and deployment processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills -

• Experience deploying or operating cloud applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with secure SDLC, code review processes, and performance benchmarking.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Experience with AI/GenAI tools, automation platforms, or modern documentation tools
