About the Role

We are looking for a responsible Lead Developer - .Net core to join our team. You will be designing and developing backend interfaces using the latest technologies in addition to leading a team of UI and backend developers

Also, being a Lead Developer - .Net core, you will be responsible for producing code using .net language, create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support and able to write functional code with a sharp eye.

This role will include working for client projects. We are looking for a Lead Developer who is efficient in the mentioned skills.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Experience as a Senior .Net core Developer for 8-10 years.
• Significant, demonstrated experience and expertise in .Net Core, C#, Entity Framework, Microservices Architecture, AWS, SQL/PostgreSQL, NHibernate
• Object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Must have strong experience working in AWS

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology
• Experience and strong ability to lead teams
• Good listening and consultative skills
• Should be able to negotiate and persuade
• Strong technical curiosity - does not have to be asked to show initiative and investigate to find the root problems and suggest resolutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong team player ability to build sustain the team
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
