Door to Door Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, engaging potential customers at their doorstep, and closing sales through face-to-face interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit residential or commercial areas and conduct door-to-door sales presentations.
• Identify and target potential customers within assigned areas.
• Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle objections or concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report progress to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to approach strangers and initiate conversations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
