Job Description

Primary Skills

  • Extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and DMS (Document Management System)
  • Skilled in designing document storage structures, version control strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and workflow approvals
  • Expertise in setting up structured document repositories, metadata definitions, and classification schemes within SAP DMS
  • Strong understanding of document authorization and role-based access controls
  • Hands-on experience integrating SAP DMS with engineering and CAD tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.
  • Ensures real-time synchronization between SAP and engineering systems
  • Deep knowledge of change management processes, version tracking, and compliance workflows in SAP DMS
  • Experience in configuring automated workflows and compliance tracking to streamline document approvals and reduce manual Skills :
  • Experience with SAP PLM Web UI and Fiori applications for intuitive document handling
  • Familiarity with SAP ECTR (Engineering Control Center) for CAD integration
  • Understanding of SAP PLM BOM and its integration with DMS
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PLM functionalities
  • Experience in troubleshooting performance and access-related issues in SAP DMS
