Your role will also involve coordinating Donor Financial Operations & Reporting Systems by preparing donor budgets, proposals, reporting frameworks, managing fund disbursements, and maintaining donor-specific MIS systems. To be successful in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience. You must have proven experience in the social development sector, grant management, donor reporting, accounting, and business finance. Knowledge of statutory regulations such as FCRA, TDS, GST, and Income Tax is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP), and financial reporting tools are also required.
