Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and troubleshoot issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Document customer interactions and details accurately in the system.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively in a blended (voice and non-voice) setting.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet performance metrics.

Background & Skills:

  • Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a voice or blended process.
  • Excellent English communication skills

    (verbal and written) to interact effectively with international customers.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a 5-day working week structure.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs as per process requirements.
