Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and troubleshoot issues efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Document customer interactions and details accurately in the system.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively in a blended (voice and non-voice) setting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet performance metrics.

Background & Skills:

Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a voice or blended process.
Excellent English communication skills
(verbal and written) to interact effectively with international customers.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Ability to work in a 5-day working week structure.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs as per process requirements.
