Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Domestic Voice Collection Process position located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves tasks such as debt collection and providing excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing finance-related communications and ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts from customers.
