In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution through written communication channels such as email and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a non-voice customer support role or similar position.
• Fluency in

  English ,Hindi is mandatory.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data interpretation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and timely information.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously with efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.
