• To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and visas.
• Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour packages.
• Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
• Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
• Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
• Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
• Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
