Domestic Assistant/Porter

You will be joining an excellent team of staff at Borders General Hospital Site as a Domestic Assistant/Porter in the Facilities Department. Your role will involve demonstrating a high level of competence in domestic activities, flexibility, and knowledge of the NHS Borders Behavioural Framework. As a successful candidate, you will work back shift on weekdays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform domestic activities efficiently and effectively. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas. - Assist with the movement of equipment and supplies as needed. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in domestic activities preferred. - Knowledge of NHS Borders Behavioural Framework is an advantage. - Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing work demands. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
