Technical Knowledge Understanding of automotive software standards, Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.) Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) Embedded software development knowledge Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall and hybrid models, Requirement gathering and analysis. Software configuration management.
