Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documents Verification Specialist based in Bangalore. The Documents Verification Specialist will be responsible for verifying various documents, ensuring their authenticity, and performing formal verification procedures. The role includes tasks like insurance verification and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also be required to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and apply their analytical skills to solve problems and ensure processes run smoothly.
