Documentation Executive:

Any graduate with 4-5 years Sea, Air and Road Freight Operations Documentation experience from reputed Indian companies. The job holder should have excellent communication skills in English Tamil. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & Power Point) & Outlook.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any graduate with 4-5 years Sea, Air and Road Freight Operations Documentation experience from reputed Indian companies.

Responsibilities:

• - Carry out all relevant Operational and Documentation activities for the company. Properly coordinate with shipping forwarders and CHA
• Preparation of Export related documents, pre and post shipment documents.
• Good knowledge in custom documents, Product incentive Schemes (Drawback, ROSCTL & RODTEP),
• Clearance follow-up with CHA.
• Should have good communication and computer skills
• Immediate Joiner
• Good Academic

Ensure proper filing system is maintained for all activities and coordinate perfectly with other departments of the firm to make sure smooth business operations.
