Job Description

Job Summary:

The Documentation Executive will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing all documentation related to solid waste management projects and operations. The role involves working closely with technical, compliance, and field teams to ensure timely, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and control all documentation related to solid waste collection, transportation, processing, and disposal.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance records as per local/state/national waste management rules (e.g., SWM Rules 2016).
  • Track and file permits, licenses, agreements, and statutory documents related to waste management operations.
  • Coordinate with field staff to collect operational data and reports; compile monthly/quarterly project reports.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits, tenders, and client submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Support internal teams with documentation needs for training, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Assist with the preparation of sustainability, ESG, or CSR reports related to waste management.
  • Collaborate with consultants, government authorities, and clients regarding documentation and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A diploma in documentation management or environmental law is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in documentation or compliance roles, preferably in the waste management or environmental sector.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
