Documentation & Customer Service Executive - NVOCC -EXPORT/IMPORT/CROSS TRADE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating with Customers and the branch office to gather data and documents for booking shipments. Additionally, you will coordinate with Feeders, Principal, and Agents for various tasks such as pricing, approval, slot arrangement, yard and inventory management. In case of operational challenges, you may need to visit the Port. Timely sending of MIS and reports to the officials as per the SOP will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Customers and branch office for data and documents required for booking shipments - Liaise with Feeders, Principal, and Agents for pricing, approval, slot arrangement, yard and inventory management - Monitor and supervise operational challenges at the Port when necessary - Send MIS and reports to officials as per the SOP Qualification Required: - Knowledge of Documentation process for NVOCC- Export/Import/Cross Trade - Graduate in commerce or related stream with specialization in Accounts - Candidates with experience in NVOCC functions (Min 2 - 5 years) Additional Details: The company emphasizes proficiency in English language for both written and verbal communications. Knowledge of Hindi & Marathi language is an added advantage. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel & Word) is required.
