3 to 10 YearsWe are seeking a

Document Controller

with 3 to 10 years of experience to support onshore and offshore oil & gas EPC projects. The role involves managing project documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with company and client standards, and facilitating smooth document flow across all project disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Control and manage project documents including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain document control systems ensuring proper filing, version control, and retrieval.
Coordinate timely distribution and transmittal of documents as per project procedures.
Upload, track, and archive documents using project management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum).
Support document audits, reviews, and ensure document traceability and integrity.
Collaborate with project teams and clients to resolve document-related queries.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
3 to 10 years of document control experience in EPC oil & gas projects (onshore/offshore preferred).
Proficiency with document management systems and project control software.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
