Document Control Analyst

You will be responsible for maintaining and managing documents using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). It will be your duty to ensure accurate documentation, version control, and compliance with company policies. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to streamline document flow is crucial. Your proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be required for reporting and data management. Additionally, you will assist in audits, retrieval, and review of documentation as needed and support process improvements for efficient document control. As an MBA (Full-time) Fresher, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is a must, while familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems would be considered a plus. Your ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders will be essential for this role.
