Document Cloud Specialist

As an experienced Document Cloud Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with client business owners and technical teams to understand requirements and propose viable technical solutions. You will participate in use case discovery sessions to define workflows and solution approaches. Your responsibilities will also include configuring the e-signature/document automation application in line with client requirements, working alongside project leadership to define and deliver daily tactical objectives, and guiding clients through reviewing and validating implemented functionality. Additionally, you will support internal alignment, change management, and client enablement for the Document Cloud implementation and ensure strong communication and consensus-building with stakeholders, including senior leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client business owners and technical teams to understand requirements and propose viable technical solutions. - Participate in use case discovery sessions to define workflows and solution approaches. - Configure the e-signature/document automation application in line with client requirements. - Work alongside project leadership to define and deliver daily tactical objectives. - Guide clients through reviewing and validating implemented functionality. - Support internal alignment, change management, and client enablement for the Document Cloud implementation. - Review and elaborate business and technical requirements; coach client teams on requirements management. - Develop requirements for interfaces and production data migrations. - Ensure strong communication and consensus-building with stakeholders, including senior leaders. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, data engineering, or related roles. - Strong ability to articulate technical solutions and validate architectural feasibility. - Experience integrating with Web Services and REST APIs. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer-facing skills. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to manage multiple parallel projects. In addition to the required skills and experience, it would be beneficial to have the following preferred or good-to-have skills: - Deep understanding of e-signature platforms and implementation best practices. - Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Workday, Apttus, SAP Ariba. - Knowledge of document generation and e-signature tools such as DocuSign, Conga. - Familiarity with SSO, OAuth, design patterns, and architecture frameworks. - Java programming experience. - Salesforce Lightning/Classic, Apex, Visualforce, REST API, Triggers, Process Builder, Data Loader experience. - Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).,
