Job Title: Doctors (OPD/Chambers/RMO)
Location: Jiban Suraksha Nursing Home, Ghatakpukur, Erenda
Shift Duration: 12 Hours

Jiban Suraksha Nursing Home is an upcoming healthcare facility located in Ghatakpukur, Erenda. We are committed to providing top-notch medical care and are in the process of expanding to include a fully-equipped ICU, HDU, and a 60-bed capacity to cater to a wide range of medical needs. We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dedicated doctors to join our team as part of our mission to offer high-quality healthcare services to the community.

Roles Available:

• OPD Doctor: Handle outpatient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Chamber Doctor: Manage a private chamber for patient consultations.
• RMO (Resident Medical Officer): Provide 24-hour medical services on-site, attend to emergencies, and assist with in-patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• OPD/Chamber:
• Provide consultation to patients in the outpatient department.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and medical conditions.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up care.
• RMO:
• Attend to patient needs in the inpatient department.
• Respond to emergencies, assist in critical care, and stabilize patients.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home alongside the medical team.
• Assist in the care and monitoring of patients in the ICU and HDU.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MBBS,MD with valid registration.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in ICU, HDU, or emergency care will be an advantage for RMO candidates.
• Skills:
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies.
• Knowledge of medical software and patient management systems.

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shifts.
• Flexible scheduling for OPD/Chamber doctors.
• RMO candidates may be required to work overnight or on-call shifts.
