Job Summary for Doctor:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Doctor to join our global IV Drip Clinic team, REVIV in our first flagship store in Trivandrum, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing personalized IV drip therapy to patients seeking hydration, vitamin infusion, and wellness treatments. This role will require strong clinical expertise, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to provide innovative solutions in a growing global health and wellness sector. As part of an international clinic network, the doctor may also be involved in cross-border telemedicine consultations, health management programs, and global initiatives for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical history, health goals, and current conditions to determine appropriate IV drip treatments and health recommendations.
• Treatment Administration: Supervise and ensure the safe administration of intravenous (IV) therapies, including hydration, vitamin/mineral infusions, and other wellness treatments.
• Personalized Health Plans: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, focusing on hydration, energy boosts, immune support, detoxification, and overall wellness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with nursing and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care, proper patient documentation, and seamless treatment processes.
• Patient Education: Educate patients about the benefits, risks, and potential side effects of IV drip therapy, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
• Monitoring & Follow-Up: Monitor patients during treatment to ensure safety and comfort. Provide follow-up consultations and ongoing support, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all treatments are administered in accordance with clinical protocols and safety guidelines. Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and regulations for IV therapy.
• Global Expansion and Telemedicine: Support the clinic’s international growth initiatives, potentially involving telehealth consultations, providing remote advice for overseas patients, and supporting global health programs.
• Research & Development: Participate in research, review emerging trends in wellness treatments, and suggest innovations or improvements to current offerings.
• Quality Control: Oversee the quality of patient care, assess treatment outcomes, and ensure the clinic is providing the highest standard of medical services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Specialized training or certification in IV therapy, hydration, or functional medicine is a plus.
• Licensure: Current and active medical license to practice in India with the ability to practice internationally or travel for clinic-related purposes.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing physician, with experience in IV therapy, wellness medicine, or related fields preferred.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and patient care skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
• Certifications: IV certification or additional relevant certifications in hydration therapy, functional medicine, or integrative healthcare is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, especially for global patient interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
