Doctor Relations Manager (DRM)

Cloudnine Hospital, Kalyani Nagar, Pune is looking

DRM will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with doctors, facilitating communication between doctors and hospital management, and ensuring that doctors' needs and concerns are addressed. The role involves organizing regular meetings, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the medical staff to improve service quality.

Qualification/Experience/Skills:

• Graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in referral sales for Gynec/Peads/IVF specialty

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Previous or current experience in doctor relations
• Understanding of healthcare operations and medical terminologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and hospital staff
