Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Doctor MD (Medicine) based in Shamli, responsible for delivering primary and specialized medical care to patients. Your tasks will include diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting routine check-ups, prescribing medications, and providing guidance on health management practices. Additionally, you will maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Manage normal OPD and IPD cases, as well as patients under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. - Diagnose and treat medical conditions, conduct routine check-ups, prescribe medications, and offer guidance on health management. - Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. - Possess strong diagnostic and clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to handle a diverse range of medical conditions. - Demonstrate prior experience in patient care and follow-up, along with robust organizational and time-management skills. - Ensure familiarity with healthcare regulations and protocols, and effectively collaborate within a medical team. - Hold a Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a specialization in Medicine and a current medical license to practice in Shamli.
