Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage harness designs (ESI, PAX & EHI) using Catia V5 and SIDP
Serve as CI Responsible for allocated Configuration Items (CIs)
Manage primary and secondary flow for CIs and ensure DMU definition delivery on time, on quality, and on cost
Ensure on-time availability of subparts (e.g., 924/IP) for related CIs
Prepare workprepas and launch work orders for suppliers
Maintain daily communication with Airbus DRP for design progress reporting and issue resolution
Launch release processes and secure compiler/design checker validations
Conduct quality root cause analysis with suppliers
Support configuration teams on TRS investigations and validate technical content during ESI conf2/conf3 stages
Provide and track DQN/RDR solutions in SAP (T100) until closure
Contribute to DRP planning and align schedules with suppliers
Ensure accurate reporting through proper use of engineering tools

Requirements:

Experience with Catia V5 (electrical harness design)
Knowledge of Airbus A350 or equivalent aircraft programs
Familiarity with DMU, SAP, and Airbus-specific tools (SIDP, PZadvisor)
Strong coordination and communication skills with OEM and supplier interfaces
