Job Description – DMIT Sales & Counseling Executive (Female)

Location: Pollachi & Palladam
Working Days/Time: Tuesday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Training: 15 Days of Professional Training Provided
Experience: Not required (Freshers welcome)
Eligibility: Female candidates, aged 22–30 years

Important: Experience is not required, but candidates must have studied in a relevant background (psychology/education/sales / social work) and carry basic knowledge from that field.

Sales / Marketing People

• BBA / MBA in Marketing / HR
• B.Com / M.Com with sales exposure
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• Any Graduate with field sales / telesales experience

Counselors / Social Workers

• BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)
• MSW (Master of Social Work)
• Diploma in Career Guidance / Student Counseling
• Certification in Life Coaching
• Counseling Psychology Diploma

Job Responsibilities

• Explain DMIT Test Reports to parents & students in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Counsel parents about child strengths, learning styles, and career guidance.
• Handle client communication, queries, and follow-ups.
• Support in sales & promotional activities.
• Participate in workshops, counseling sessions & events.

Skills Required

• Good Communication Skills (English + Local Language)
• Friendly, patient & confident personality
• Interest in education, psychology, or sales
