Responsibilities

As an Trainer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand process improvement requirements and implement targeted training interventions.
  • Creating and maintaining training documentation, materials, and resources in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics, and making data-driven improvements.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of trainers to ensure optimal delivery of process training.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Supporting organizational development by staying updated on latest trends in process training and learning technologies.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process training(Travel and airline) or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Experience in using training tools and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
