Django Developer (with DevOps Experience)

We are looking for a highly responsible Django Developer to join our ongoing projects. The role requires a combination of backend development and DevOps management. The ideal candidate should be able to:

Backend Development:

Develop and maintain REST APIs using Django and Django REST Framework.

Handle bug fixes, optimization, and performance tuning.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Maintain up-to-date API documentation using tools like Postman.

Collaborate with the frontend and mobile teams for integration.

DevOps Responsibilities:

Maintain Linux-based servers (Ubuntu).

Setup and manage Docker containers, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.

Configure and monitor services like Nginx, Gunicorn, and supervisor.

Monitor and tune PostgreSQL databases.

Automate backups, logging, and server health monitoring.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL.

Solid grasp of Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).

Good knowledge of Linux server management.

Understanding of nginx, Gunicorn, and WSGI stack.

Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with React/React Native or other frontend technologies.

Knowledge of AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud services.

Basic frontend styling or mobile app integration.
