Divisional Head- South West India

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safe working practices across the country. You will independently conduct customer meetings for business development, while also collaborating with the Country Supervisor when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring customer retention by understanding their company background and maintaining strong relationships based on past interactions. - Achieving both Topline and bottom-line targets, including the timely realization of dues. - Monitoring and maintaining 100% service levels by identifying and addressing present and potential bottlenecks through strategic initiatives. - Overseeing the functioning of the lab to uphold defined standards, SOPs, and norms for maintaining accuracy and quick Turnaround Time (TAT). - Developing cost-effective strategies for providing value-added services. - Ensuring compliance with external certification standards, internal audits, and organizational policies. - Building and nurturing a strong team through periodic team-building activities. - Adhering to all statutory requirements as mandated by the law of the land. - Managing accounts effectively and promoting best accounting practices. - Implementing the organization's policies, practices, and instructions within the country. - Handling any other tasks or assignments assigned by the management. Additionally, the qualification required for this position is a B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the subjects, or a B.Tech or B.E. degree.
