District Coordinator - Shikarpur

As a District Malaria Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the TIH district malaria office, warehouse, and district-level teams to ensure robust implementation of interventions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining close liaison with district counterparts, especially with DoH and Malaria control program, on all technical and operational aspects of the program. - Developing quarterly and monthly DIP in line with the approved WP and PF, and sharing it with the provincial manager for approval from PMU Islamabad. - Providing feedback on project activities to Provincial Office and PMU Islamabad regularly. - Identifying and facilitating maintenance of malaria diagnostics and treatment centers in coordination with district health authorities. - Organizing capacity building trainings, workshops, and meetings for the staff of public and private health facilities on various grant interventions. - Monitoring all records of logistic supplies and organizing malaria coordination meetings at district levels. - Building strong liaison with relevant stakeholders at the district level and ensuring active representation regarding the project. - Ensuring timely collection and submission of facility monthly reports and District Monthly report to the provincial office. - Conducting need assessments and surveys in collaboration with Provincial teams. - Maintaining all program databases timely at district levels and providing technical and logistical support to make nonfunctional malaria diagnostic centers fully operational. - Participating in training arranged by PMU Islamabad and conducting monitoring & supervisory visits to health facilities at the district level. - Strictly following monthly and quarterly program implementation plans and preparing monthly reports as per program needs. - Providing data in an orderly manner for quarterly progress update at PMU Islamabad. - Carrying out any other program-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
