District Coordinator

You are a detail-oriented and reliable candidate being sought for the role of District Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and program implementation within an assigned district. Acting as a liaison between the central office and site-level staff, you will support performance improvement, training, and strategic initiatives. Your primary duties will include coordinating and supervising operations within the district, implementing and monitoring organizational programs, projects, or services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, as well as training and supporting local staff or volunteers as required. You will also serve as the main point of contact for district-level concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues. Regular site visits will be conducted by you to monitor progress and compliance with organizational standards. The salary offered for this position ranges from 20,000/- to 22,000/- per month, with E.S.I. and P.F. facilities available, along with canteen facilities. The job location includes various districts such as Bankura, Birbhum, Purulia, Malda, Durgapur, Asansol, Bardhaman, Purba Medinipur, Naihati, Paschim Medinipur, Uttar 24 Parganas, Bihar, Dhanbad, Dakshin 24 Parganas, all over West Bengal.
