District Coordinator

As a Camp Coordinator at our company located in Balangir, you will play a crucial role in organizing various camps and events in both rural and urban areas. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Responsible for preparing the schedule of camps (Rural, Urban, and Mobile Eye Clinic) one week in advance. You will also be in charge of all community outreach activities. - Organizing awareness camps, corporate camps, and school camps in rural and urban areas. - Planning and executing various events, as well as inviting local influential individuals to participate. - Developing a network and building rapport with camp organizing agencies such as Village Panchayats, NGOs, etc. - Ensuring sufficient pre-camp publicity at the campsite through banners, posters, newspapers, flyers, etc. - Being present at the camp location to ensure a smooth flow of patients. Qualifications Required: - MSW or MBA in Rural Marketing, or a graduate with experience in the NGO sector. - Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in rural marketing or the NGO sector, with expertise in event management. - Possession of a 2-wheeler and a valid license is mandatory.
