Distribution Marketing Specialist

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist joining a dynamic strategic marketing team to provide essential support to two Distribution Marketing Managers. Your role will involve contributing to the execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the visibility and sales of Molex products through distribution channels in the Asia and Europe regions. With 1-3 years of marketing experience, you should possess strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across global teams. Your primary purpose will be to support the execution of distribution marketing programs, ensuring effective communication and promotion of Molex products, solutions, and services through the electronics distribution network in Asia and Europe. You will assist in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with Molex's business objectives and revenue targets for distribution partners, coordinating marketing activities such as banner ads, webinars, newsletters, and new product introductions. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product management, and marketing, will be essential in facilitating the launch and promotion of new products. Monitoring and analyzing data from distribution partners to formulate marketing campaign strategies, preparing and delivering reports on campaign effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with Molex brand standards, company policies, procedures, and legal standards will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Distribution Marketing Managers in Asia and Europe, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communication channels. A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in English and willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
